Saturday, July 25th, 2009Took a trip over to Shenandoah Park and cruised down Skyline Drive. What amazing views of the forests and hills in Virginia. While walking along the Appalachian Trail, I managed to see a black bear about 10 yards away — pretty nuts! Definitely worth visiting.

Saturday, July 25th, 2009Tried to see a Nats game (Washington Nationals vs St. Louis Cardinals), but it ended up getting rained out after 5 innings. Ended up around our nation’s capital and happened to see Obama’s helicopter land at the White House!
Surfing in South Padre
Monday, July 20th, 2009Decided to go with my buddy Cory down to South Padre for the weekend to do some surfing! After a quick lesson with the South Padre Surf Company, we were up on the boards in no time.
